Sew a Robe, Kimono Style
Learn how to sew a robe with this sewing kit for beginners. Use a lightweight cotton print, seersucker or flannel to make a wrap-style kimono robe that fastens with a tie belt. You can add one or two patch pockets, and there are instructions and yardage to have a contrasting band at the front and neckline.
The pattern in the kit is unisex, and is sized for teens and adults x-small thru x-large. You will also have your choice of three different lengths: Short (thigh length), Medium (below the knee length) or long (ankle length).
**As an added bonus, this pattern also contains complete instructions for two other projects: pajama bottoms with elastic waistline, and a pajama top with button front and pocket. The pattern contains complete instructions for beginning sewers, and is an excellent choice because it is simple to fit. It has a special "Learn to Sew" guidesheet, with understandable directions to help you cut and construct your garment one step at a time. You'll be so proud of what you've made, and it is so easy to make, you'll be sure to make several more as gifts for special family members.
Your Kit contains:
